Payment & Billing Policy
NUVAIYN CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Nuvaiyn uses Shopify and established payment providers to support secure checkout and payment processing.
Store currency
Product prices and checkout totals are stated in United States dollars (USD) unless checkout clearly indicates otherwise. A card issuer may independently apply foreign-exchange or cross-border fees.
Payment authorization
Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to verify and collect the displayed total, including shipping and applicable taxes. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge.
Payment security
Complete payment-card details are handled by payment providers through secured checkout systems and are not made available to Nuvaiyn. Providers may use authentication, risk, and fraud-screening tools.
Order review
We may pause, decline, or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, information is materially inconsistent, activity appears unauthorized, inventory is unavailable, or legal or shipping restrictions apply. Properly captured amounts for a canceled order will be returned through the original payment method.
Promotions and billing questions
Promotional codes are subject to their stated dates and conditions and generally cannot be added after checkout. For a duplicate, declined, or unfamiliar charge, contact your payment provider and then contact Nuvaiyn with the order number. Never email a password or complete payment-card number.
