Nuvaiyn provides privacy choices as required by applicable law. Available rights depend on your location and our relationship with you.
Requests you may make
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to personal information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of certain processing, or an opt-out from activities defined as sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
Cookie and browser controls
Use the privacy or cookie controls displayed on Nuvaiyn.com when available. Where legally required and technically supported, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out for the browser and device transmitting it.
How to submit a request
Email service@nuvaiyn.com with the request type and the email associated with your interaction. Do not provide a password or complete payment-card number. We may request reasonable information to verify identity and protect account data.
Authorized agents and appeals
An authorized agent may submit a request where local law permits and authority can be verified. If a request is denied, reply to the decision email and state that you wish to appeal, together with the reason for reconsideration.
Operational and legally exempt processing
A privacy choice does not prevent processing reasonably necessary to fulfill an order, provide requested support, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with law, establish or defend claims, or perform another legally exempt purpose.
