NUVAIYN CUSTOMER INFORMATION

These terms apply when a customer submits an order through Nuvaiyn.com and form part of the purchase agreement.
Order submission and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when fulfillment or dispatch is confirmed. We may reject or cancel an order for availability, a material pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, destination restrictions, unauthorized resale, or legal requirements.
Product information
We work to present product features, dimensions, compatibility, power requirements, included components, and appearance accurately. Display settings, photography, manufacturing updates, and normal production tolerances can produce minor differences. Review the product page and instructions before purchase and use.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, tax, duty, and other applicable amounts are shown or described at checkout and in the published policies. Payment remains subject to authorization and security review.
Delivery, returns, and warranty
The Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty & Product Care Policy are incorporated into these terms. Customers must provide accurate order and delivery information.
Safe and intended use
Products must be installed, powered, placed, cleaned, and maintained in accordance with their instructions. Unless expressly identified otherwise, Nuvaiyn household products are not medical devices and are not substitutes for professional medical advice, prescribed treatment, ventilation, or required safety equipment.
Mandatory rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, Nuvaiyn is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first so the matter can be reviewed. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of a competent court or authority remain unaffected.
