This page explains the Nuvaiyn limited warranty, product-care expectations, and how to request technical support.
Two-year limited warranty
Unless the product page or order confirmation states a different period, Nuvaiyn products include a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.
What is covered
Coverage applies to a verified manufacturing defect affecting normal operation during the warranty period. After review, Nuvaiyn may provide troubleshooting, a replacement component, repair support, replacement product, or another remedy required by applicable law.
What is not covered
Except where law requires otherwise, coverage does not include ordinary wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect operation, consumables or filters, accidental damage, liquid intrusion, unsuitable voltage, misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, blocked airflow, unauthorized modification or repair, commercial use, or failure to follow instructions.
How to request warranty service
Email service@nuvaiyn.com with the order number, model, serial information when available, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video. Do not ship the product until written instructions are provided.
Product care
- Read the product instructions before installation, cleaning, or use.
- Use only the stated power source and keep electrical components dry.
- Keep air inlets and outlets unobstructed and maintain filters, tanks, vents, and sensors as directed.
- Handle UV functions, heating elements, aroma features, batteries, and consumables only as specified for the model.
Important limitation
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Nuvaiyn products are household comfort and care devices, not medical devices. This warranty is in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights available to the purchaser.
